Embroidered Badges
Using state of the art "Tajima" multihead machines, these high quality badges can achieve superb design detail. Normally overlocked and cut to popular shapes such as squares,circles and rectangles, they can also be laser cut to almost any shape at NO extra cost. Fixing options range from plain backed (Standard) to heat/iron-on, self-adhesive or even Velcro
Each badge can have as many as 7 thread colours and a coloured backing cloth as standard.
The badges are stitched as standard onto cotton twill coloured backing cloth (Although other materials are available) with polyester threads. The badges are fully machine washable and totally colour fast, these badges will NOT fade.
Woven Badges
If you have a particularly complicated or intricate design, which must remain true to its original form, why not opt for a woven badge? An economic alternative, woven badges are supplied in various forms as an unfinished ribbon or label through to fleece backed with over-locked border.
Design Tip
In order for any stiched text to be readable, we recommend that the text be no smaller than 4mm.
Any text that is smaller than this size will not necessarily be clear enough to read.
